William was one of the original twelve members of Google’s Jumpstart team, formed in 2007 to support their UK client base. He has worked with over 800 accounts in almost every sector, with clients ranging from start-ups, SMEs, large corporations to other media agencies.

After 5 successful years, he moved into the agency world to better support the long-term needs of the clients and gain broader experience of digital marketing as a whole. This gave him insight into how PPC works together with SEO, social media and web development/design to increase conversions.

Now a PPC specialist at Circus, William thrives on working closely with his clients to deliver great results. He has a thorough knowledge of the inner workings of Google Ads and a careful approach to managing PPC accounts. His expertise extends to Google Analytics, 3rd party PPC management software and telephone tracking technologies, as well as Bing and Facebook. His specialist sectors are finance, automotive, education and travel.

He is currently a member of Google’s Digital Garage team providing digital skills training to SMEs in Leeds and Yorkshire as part of Google’s initiative to help 200,000 British businesses by 2016.
