Negative Keywords

Negative keywords tell Google when not to show your ad.

With a keyword such as “Heating Oil” on broad or phrase match Google will show an ad if someone enters “Heating Oil Scam”

You need to tell Google not to show you if anyone includes the term “scam” as part of the search.

By developing more and more negatives (we do this on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as part of the management) we tighten the traffic up more and more increasing CTR and Conversion Rates whilst reducing CPA.
