Spirits Kiosk, part of the Enotria&Coe umbrella, are a ‘one stop shop’ that deliver spirits from a number of makers – from smaller craft distilleries to household name brands, mixology essentials and non-alcoholic beverages.
Objectives
The Goals
Since August 2020, Circus PPC has worked with Spirits Kiosk to manage their PPC strategy, and has seen steady YOY growth ever since.
The client has a specific KPI of achieving a monthly 3X ROI, which we’ve accelerated alongside sales volume and revenue over the past two years.
As an agency motivated by driving budget efficiency alongside growth, we’ve been focused on helping our client meet their desired KPIs, whilst looking at best performing areas and activity to ensure that budget is being allocated effectively.
Strategy
The Activity
Despite working with a lower budget than H1 2022, we drove success and improved account performance through Search and Performance Max campaigns. Some of the changes and updates made to the account in order to do so include:
- Improving product titles on Shoptimised;
- Testing audience signals in Performance Max;
- Improving shopping titles;
- Testing new Performance Max ads;
- Creating top product campaigns.
Since April 2023, we’ve seen significant MOM improvements in the account, including:
- 11% AOV increase (Apr)
- 49% revenue increase (May)
- 15% sales increase (Jun)
Success
The Results
Over two years (comparing H1 2021 and H1 2023), we’ve driven significant increases across the whole account, which include:
- 96% revenue increase
- 74% sales increase
- 59% ROI increase
- 29% CPA decrease
- 13% AOV increase
In addition to the impressive two-year results, we also increased budget efficiency between years 2 and 3, with spend being reduced by 21%, but revenue increasing by 23%.
