What first made you want to pursue a career in Paid Social?
The mix of analytical and creative skills, using data and insight to tell a story, understand the psychology behind every purchase, and turn that into real, measurable growth for clients.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Circus (so far)?
The people! Everyone’s been so friendly, warm and welcoming. Plus we’re in a great spot in the city.

Who is your dream client?
A clothing brand. It’s a very competitive market, so you need serious technical skills and enough creative instinct to resonate with the brand’s audience (hopefully some free clothes included).

If you could solve one Paid Social issue forever, what would it be?
Conversion tracking. If it were perfectly accurate, forever, and never needing fixing again – that would be incredible.

What’s your dream holiday destination?
A road trip through Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

What would your desert island meal be?
A full English breakfast (no black pudding) with a cup of tea.

Tell us something about you that might surprise people.
I’ve got a fair few hobbies, but the one that surprises people most is woodworking/joinery. I’ve built most of my own furniture from scratch. Next up: a van conversion.

If you could guest star on a TV show, which one would it be and why?
Taskmaster. My favourite show. I’d almost certainly make a fool of myself, but what an experience.
