We’re looking for an exceptional and highly strategic Senior Paid Social Manager to join our expanding team. This is a high-impact, leadership role where you’ll take the strategic lead on managing, optimising, and significantly growing our most complex clients’ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising accounts, acting as their senior strategic partner.

What you’ll be doing daily:

As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will be a strategic leader, directly impacting the success of our most valuable clients. Your day-to-day will involve: 

  • Senior Strategic Leadership: Defining, implementing, and overseeing advanced, full-funnel Meta advertising strategies across Facebook and Instagram to align with and aggressively exceed key client business objectives and KPIs (e.g., LTV, blended ROAS, enterprise-level CPA goals, Market Share). 
  • Complex Account Ownership & Scaling: Taking full, senior-level ownership of a portfolio of our largest and most complex client Meta PPC accounts, driving significant growth, ensuring consistent performance at scale, and guaranteeing maximum client satisfaction. 
  • Advanced Audience Strategy: Pioneering sophisticated audience research, advanced segmentation, and creative targeting strategies (including Custom/Lookalike audiences and CRM integration) to capture the highest-value customers. 
  • Creative Testing Frameworks: Collaborating with clients/internal teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and copy, and designing rigorous, continuous A/B testing frameworks to maximise engagement and conversion efficiency. 
  • Budget, Bidding & Attribution Mastery: Masterfully managing and optimising substantial campaign budgets, implementing advanced bidding strategies, and advising clients on multi-touch attribution to maximise holistic ROI and deliver unparalleled cost-efficiency. 
  • In-depth Performance Analysis & Insight Generation: Continuously monitoring performance, conducting complex data modelling and analysis, and translating this data into high-level, actionable strategic insights and innovative recommendations for portfolio-wide optimisation. 
  • Platform Innovation & Thought Leadership: Proactively staying ahead of and implementing cutting-edge Meta platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging industry trends, often becoming the internal expert. 
  • Senior Client Partnership & Consulting: Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders. Leading regular performance reviews, presenting strategic blueprints, simplifying complex data, and collaboratively evolving strategies based on their long-term business goals. You are the client’s direct, senior-level PPC expert. 
  • Cross-Departmental Strategy: Working effectively with internal teams to architect integrated, holistic, and unified Paid Media strategies. 
  • New Business & Mentorship: Taking a lead role in delivering complex Meta pitches to existing and new clients, and potentially mentoring junior team members.

What we’re looking for:

We’re searching for a strategic leader who is: 

  • An Elite Meta Ads Strategist: Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing and scaling multi-six-figure+ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising budgets and delivering exceptional, transformative results for high-profile clients, ideally within a high-growth agency environment. 
  • Highly Analytical & Data-Driven: A genuine passion for complex numbers, an ability to spot nuanced trends, and the skill to use these insights to drive sophisticated, high-value strategic decisions. Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and advanced reporting/BI tools. 
  • Executive-Level Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to rapidly translate complex client business goals into highly effective, scalable, and full-funnel Meta advertising strategies. 
  • Senior Client Partner: An exceptional relationship builder with impeccable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of confidently consulting with senior stakeholders and simplifying complex PPC concepts for a c-suite audience. 
  • Pioneer & Innovator: A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to radically improve performance, test ground-breaking approaches, and maintain the agency’s position at the cutting edge of Meta advertising. 
  • Master of Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail while expertly managing multiple complex client accounts, aggressive deadlines, and competing high-priority objectives. 
  • Advanced Problem Solver: Resourceful, resilient, and adept at troubleshooting high-level technical and campaign-performance issues effectively. 
  • Strategically Results-Oriented: Laser-focused on exceeding challenging client KPIs and demonstrating clear, substantial ROI. 

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Extensive experience with other paid social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) at a strategic level. 
  • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and implementing sophisticated conversion tracking setups (e.g., Server-Side Tracking, Conversions API). 
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics Certification). 
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members. 

This Role is not for community managers.
