Circus PPC Agency are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Client Services Executive to join the team and help take our agency to the next level. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

There’s no PPC experience required – just a proven track record in client communication, client management or project delivery.

What you’ll do

Clients:











Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess risk levels, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone and email.
Serve as the primary Client Services point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Ensure regular face to face client strategy meetings are upheld, and attend with Account Managers
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and top-level support to ensure a smooth transition into the agency.
Team:






Weekly meetings with Client Services team to present client updates & discuss actions across your portfolio of clients.
Maintain accurate client notes via appropriate docs and systems (Teams, Google Drive) to ensure team has up-to-date information.
Coordinate with Account Managers and senior team to create plan of action following any client issues raised.
Provide support to Account Managers while holding them accountable for deadlines, quality, and ensuring client expectations are met.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills & behaviours:
  • Strong communicator, able to lead conversation as voice of authority whilst listening effectively to spot potential signs of risk
  • Committed to finding long-term solutions for client issues by investigating cause of problem, working with team to develop response, and overseeing deployment
  • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and follow through for “owned” work
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with clients and internal departments
  • Highly adaptable to both working closely with internal teams and independently across various projects
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail demonstrated through clear verbal and written communication skills
