We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Meta PPC Manager to join our expanding team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll take the lead on managing, optimising, and growing our clients’ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising accounts, becoming their trusted expert. 

The Role: What you’ll be doing daily 

As a Meta PPC Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our clients’ Meta advertising success.  

Your day-to-day will involve: 

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive Meta advertising strategies across Facebook and Instagram to align with and exceed client KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CPA, Leads, Sales, Brand Awareness). 
  • Account Ownership: Taking full ownership of a portfolio of client Meta PPC accounts, ensuring consistent performance, growth, and client satisfaction. 
  • Audience Expertise: Conducting in-depth audience research, segmentation, and targeting to reach the most relevant and high-value customers for each client. 
  • Creative & Copy Excellence: Working closely with clients and/or internal teams to develop compelling ad creatives and captivating copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and conversions. 
  • Budget & Bid Management: Meticulously managing and optimising campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROI and deliver cost-efficient results. 
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitoring campaign performance, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. 
  • A/B Testing & Innovation: Designing and executing rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. Staying ahead of Meta platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging trends. 
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Building strong, long-term relationships with clients. Conducting regular performance calls, presenting detailed reports, explaining complex data clearly, and collaboratively evolving strategies based on their business goals. Our clients get direct access to their dedicated PPC expert – that’s you! 
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams (e.g. PPC Analysts, wider Paid Media specialists) to ensure integrated and holistic campaign approaches. 
  • Sales: Working closely with our internal teams to deliver Meta pitches to existing and new clients. 

You: What we’re looking for 

We’re searching for someone who is: 

  • A Proven Meta Ads Expert: Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing substantial Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising budgets and delivering exceptional results for clients, ideally within an agency environment. 
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You love numbers, can spot trends, and use insights to make informed decisions that drive performance. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools. 
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to translate client business objectives into effective Meta advertising strategies. 
  • Client-Centric: A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex PPC concepts simply and confidently to clients. 
  • Proactive & Inquisitive: Always looking for opportunities to improve, test new approaches, and stay at the cutting edge of Meta advertising. 
  • Highly Organised: Capable of managing multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Problem Solver: Resourceful and able to troubleshoot campaign issues effectively. 
  • Results-Oriented: Passionate about hitting and exceeding client KPIs and showing tangible ROI. 

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Experience with other paid social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and advanced conversion tracking setups. 
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Meta Blueprint). 

This Role is not for community managers.
