What I love about working at Circus is the respect and independence we receive as team members. Everybody is respectful to one another and everybody has the autonomy to get their work done – no micromanaging nightmares or colleagues that plague the office banter with their outdated opinions. Just a lovely, warm environment to support you to be the best you can and do the best work you can.
