The user journey:
Whilst many different versions of this exist, this is what we like to call an ever-changing funnel. Not every consumer will go through the funnel like you may expect. Some even jump up and down many times before they actually purchase however from the platforms in each sector you can get an idea of what each platform can do. Some platforms appear in multiple areas as with different strategies you can target people at different stages of their journey.
